Items Sold & Not to sell on iWooHoo
What can you sell and not sell on iWooHoo.net.
1. Items you are selling are your own property. Selling stolen property or other items without another persons consent is not permitted.
2. That you are selling legal items. Items that are against the law are not permitted.
3. NO mature items that show pornography or nudity. You MAY sell lingerie (Genitals must not be shown). Sex toys are permitted ONLY if they do not show nudity or are tasteless pictures. Some Adult toys pictures that contain "Look alike" body parts are not permitted. Sex toys that are "inserted" are very questionable. Without pictures, these may be permitted, however, please contact us if you have any questions.
4. NO Firearms or ammo permitted.
5. NO Illegal hand weapons permitted. (Billyclubs, batons, blackjacks, brass knuckles, hand grenades, switchblades, throwing stars or anything in likeliness of.
6. If you are selling knives, you agree that they are legal and not listed as Illegal hand weapons.
7. NO Illegal drugs, prescriptions, alcohol or tobacco is permitted.
If you are unsure if your item is ok, always just contact us. It's always better to be safe.
Some items that are legal in your area may not be in others. Simply state that in your auction and make sure you are aware of the laws in other states.
8.Charity auctions must have approval. Whether this be a real organization or self/other charity. Listing these auctions are strictly prohibited without approval of site admin. Please contact us if you would like to list one of these auctions.
9. Mystery auctions also known as auctions where you bid on items you are unaware of getting are ok to sell here. Please be as descriptive as you can.
10. Gambling and lottery auctions are prohibited. You may run raffle type auctions at your own risk.

Seller Terms
-Sellers are prohibited to bid on their own items. This is actually illegal and against the law to falsify bids. This also means you as a seller are not allowed to bid on your item using another ID to falsely bid "up" your item.
(Family members or friends are allowed to bid on auctions, as long as it is a legit bid and intend to pay fees as well as the auctions purchase price)
-Sellers MUST show all terms of their auctions. Your auction must state clearly what you are selling and must show your shipping price or policy. 
- Sellers MUST receive payment within 30 days of auction. This is a mandatory term. No Exceptions.
-Sellers are NOT allowed to list other auction site links in their auctions at iWooHoo. Exceptions are to show your past success on other auctions sites. Such as a link to your feedback. Links to your stores or other auctions are not permitted.
-Sellers are allowed to post links to any other site as long as it is not against our site terms.

INVOICES iWooHoo Services for our auctions are free to use to members.

FEEDBACK
Feedback- Leaving feedback as a seller should be an honest feedback. Retaliatory feedback is not permitted.
If you feel you have been a victim of retaliatory feedback, please contact us.
Unlike other sites, we believe that sellers are equal to buyers and have the say so to leave appropriate feedback.

ACCEPTING PAYMENTS
Accepting and Paying for your auction. Simply make sure you read and know the sellers terms on auction payments. Paypal is suggested as your online payment processor. You may also use any other method.
ALL Buy it Now auctions MUST be paid for through Paypal.
We suggest Paypal for numerous reasons.
A) We are able to see if your item is paid for. Any other method leaves you as a seller open to non payment in a hard to prove situation.
B) ALWAYS provide tracking to your buyer. This is your number one tool to a disputes. Shipping through Paypal can show your tracking information to disputes. Also, Paypal Seller protection is only to those that ship to confirm addresses. Sellers are not protected for "items not described as"

Q: I sold an auction and the buyer has not paid me in the allotted time I provided, what can I do?
A: First of all, try to communicate with your buyer. A lot of times, communication can solve issues. We ask that you use the Send A Message feature here at the site to communicate. This way we can see if the message was read, deleted and you won't have a problem with "Spam" by emailing it directly.
If the buyer neglects to answer you. You then can contact us with the nature of your complaint as well as AUCTION NUMBER or LINK. We will attempt to contact the buyer for you. If we do not get a response, the buyers entire iWooHoo account is automatically suspended for 30 Days. During this time, if payment is paid, the buyers account is reinstated. Some members could be banned indefinitely, warned or maybe have their buyer or seller privileges revoked.

Q: I purchased an auction from a seller and I have not received my item, what should I do?
A: The first thing you do is communicate with your buyer. If you don't get any communication or cannot resolve your problem. We would ask that you escalate this to a Paypal claim. You may also contact us and we will do our best to find out where your item is. If the Seller neglects to answer us OR if they cannot provide valid tracking, their entire iWooHoo account is automatically suspended for 30 Days. During this time, if item has been shipped and received, then the sellers account is reinstated. Some members could be banned indefinitely, warned or maybe have their buyer or seller privileges revoked.

Q: I don't want my auction up for sale anymore, can I end my auction?
A: Simple go to your auction. Near the bottom there should be a Delete or End link. All ended auctions must still pay listing fees if any. Any auction with 24 hours or less cannot be ended. No exceptions.

Q: I accidentally made a feedback error, can this be edited?
A: Feedbacks can be edited by Admin only. The only time we edit feedbacks is if it was left by mistake. Negative or Neutral feedbacks WILL NOT be switched after has been made unless the comment shows a positive remark. So please make sure you leave correct feedback that you will be happy with in the future. Contact us if you have any feedback issues.

Q: I made a mistake in my auction. What should I do?
A: At the bottom of your auction, there is an EDIT button available to you as a seller that you can edit and update your auction. Auctions can only be edited for 7 days after listed. Any auction after 7 days cannot be edited. This is to protect the buyer from changing description totally before auction ending.

Q: How long can I list an auction for and is there additional fees for more days?
A: 30 days maximum on any auction at the same cost. If you do not sell it, you may then relist it with our relisting feature.

BIDDING OR BUYING AN AUCTION IS A BINDING CONTRACT
We ask that you pay careful attention and make sure you only bid if you want the item.
You may retract your bid on any item within 24 hours of auction ending. If there is less then 24 hours, no exceptions.

Sellers also can BLOCK bidders from their auction Settings tab.

Bidding increments are $.25. However, if you chose to enter in a higher bid, then you may.

ABSOLUTELY NO DRAMA OR BASHING OTHER MEMBERS IN AUCTIONS ALLOWED

Buying and selling auctions normally just takes common sense. If you are unsure of the terms or seller, simply stay clear from purchasing the item. Use tools such as previous feedback and make sure you READ the entire terms of the auction. Don't put yourself in a situation which you may regret later.
Our auction site is based totally on a friendly buyer and seller relationship.

Fees are 0% (FREE) Final Value Fees with $.00 per listing. Auction Listing Feature Fees vary and must be paid before you can list the auction.
If you see any item against our policies, you may report the listing.
