Q: I uploaded a new background pic for my profile and it still has the old one, why?
A: Every web browser stores web pages, images, and other downloaded content on the computer. This is called the browser's cache. You will need to refresh your page, either by using the refresh button (may take a couple times) or using [ctrl] + [f5] (should only take once)
Q: How do I make my profile private?
A: Go to
[my account] then to
[settings] and then
[account settings] from there you go down to
Privacy Settings and click the box for
only friends can view my profile
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: You must submit your request to HELPDESK and after approval, we will cancel your account for you. If your account has active auctions, they will be ended. As well as the service charge of $1 will be added to your account if it doesn't meet our invoice terms.
