Q: I uploaded a new background pic for my profile and it still has the old one, why?

A: Every web browser stores web pages, images, and other downloaded content on the computer. This is called the browser's cache. You will need to refresh your page, either by using the refresh button (may take a couple times) or using [ctrl] + [f5] (should only take once)

Q: How do I make my profile private?

A: Go to [my account] then to [settings] and then [account settings] from there you go down to Privacy Settings and click the box for only friends can view my profile

Q: How do I cancel my account?

A: You must submit your request to HELPDESK and after approval, we will cancel your account for you. If your account has active auctions, they will be ended. As well as the service charge of $1 will be added to your account if it doesn't meet our invoice terms.

I am still unable to get anything to change on my profile! OZ you have my permission to see if you can get into it and find out what is going on. It just stays on the default theme & I can not get the background pic to change. I browse for a new pic, out it in, click save settings, go to profile & there is only the default theme, go back to settings & the old pic is listed in the background box, but even it will not show up.
Tried to change the picture in the music album cover area and it will not change either. Someone said it takes awhile for the changes to take place, but I gave it over night and it still is not letting any changes happen!!! Tell me what I am doing wrong please????

Thanks Shorty, thought I could figure it out but no luck. Uploading an animation from the browes does not work. It is not animated when it gets there!! It has to be something to do with it being hosted somwhere????Funn 2 people have aniamtions and they don't know how they did it!! LOL

Question for Ya:
MJ & Stuffin both have an animated avatars, but neither remember how they did it. I want to be animated too, but nothing I do seems to let me be!!! I know with eBay to get an animated gallery pic you have to host it somewhere else, and i figure it must be something like that for the avatars, but all I find is the browse button that lets you up load pic from your computer.
Help me animate myself please!! LOL
